As a personal trainer, I am constantly looking for new ways to train my clients as well as myself. Working with Wayne and the crew from ICAD has opened up a whole new doorway to training. Whether your focus is Mixed Martial Arts or general conditioning, these classes are challenging, exciting and fun. The ICAD team is professional, motivating and ready to help you reach your goals. Its Also an excellent mode of cross training for any sport due to the wide variety of full body movements. Get ready to sweat!

ICAD is a Calgary-based multi-athletic and fitness organization that takes another approach to the way people should exercise. We provide an effective training program designed to be done anywhere at any time. Our objectives and priorities are to develop the body as a complete unit. This means the emphasis on multi-joint, compound exercises where more than one muscle is being worked.

Another aim we have is to exhaust every training and fitness resource we can. Everyone has the opportunity to gain knowledge when it comes to these recognized categories. They are: metabolic conditioning (Cardio), stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coorindation, balance, and agility. Over time as you get stronger, your metabolic conditioning (Cardio) will become easier, and it becomes evident just how important well-rounded fitness is.

With today's busy lifestyles many people are unable to find the time to commit to Fitness Training. So we need to simplify and re-adjust our thinking as it relates to workout routines.
