ICAD is a Calgary-based multi-athletic and combative fitness organization that takes another approach to the way people should exercise. Our objectives and priories are to develop the body as a complete unit. This means the emphasis on multi-joint, compound movement patterns that over time as you become stronger and you increase your bodies self awareness, it will become evident just how important well-rounded fitness is.

Wayne’s philosophy is simple, he believes that every individual should be
