My initial goals were to have better muscle tone, more energy and wanting to feel good about myself. Since training with Wayne i have achieved that and much much more. He encourages me and motivates me. He helps me to attain even more then i thought i could. I love my new body am now able to show off myself in a bathing suit. Anyone interested would benefit because he gets a good idea of your body type and how to train you to achieve those results.

I started with Wayne about 6 months ago and love every minute of it. Wayne pushes me to my full potential in a very encouraging, friendly, fun and professional manner. He changes the workouts regularily to keep them interesting and he has introduced me to new streams of exercise including Boxing training.

I'v always exercised on my own but i had reached a plateau and was uncertain about what else i could do to challenge myself. Then i met Wayne and he really helped me to understand new and exciting ways to train for a better long term fitness level. What i noticed within the first month of working with Wayne was my increased strength, a better toned body and better posture. I feel great! Wayne is very intelligent, very focused and very in-tune with his clients. He provides very intense workouts and provides good explanations of why his is proposing certain exercises. He is really committed to his clients and work and is very supportive and enthusiastic. I always look forward to coming in fro my workouts with Wayne.

There are so many things i love about my trainer Wayne, but one thing that stands out is that he always challenges me because he believes in me. My initial goals were to lift heavier weights for increased strength and stamina. I noticed a huge change in my overall fitness level right away and would recommend him to anyone who is serious about make those goals happen.

After years of practicing Muai Tai and Hapkido and the midst of a mid-life crisis, I was looking for something different and challenging to help me grow as a martial art practitioner. Jiu-Jitsu turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. It has improved my "ground" skills and complements the other martial arts very well. Wayne has a natural ability to teach this challenging martial art in a fun and relaxing manner. He has proven to be an excellent Jiu-Jitsu mentor, managing to be simultaneously very technical yet extremely patient with a novice student. Wayne's incredible dedication to the art and his excitement to teach it every week has made our weekly training sessions extremely gratifying to attend.

I still remember the day Wayne approached me in the gym. His exact words "I've noticed that you do the same workout over and over and over again". I then explained that there were two reasons for that. The first being that I suffer from severe chronic back and neck pain, so I was fearful of potentially harming myself by trying new and different exercises, and the second, being that I just didn't know any better. I started weight training at the age of 21 but was forced to give up all activities 7 years ago due to my injuries. I joined the gym about a year ago hoping that I would perhaps ride a bike or go for a walk on a treadmill. Instead, I am now in the greatest shape of my life at 38 years of age, and as each week passes, it just keeps getting better, and it's all because of my training with Wayne. Each workout is dynamic, different, and seems to work every muscle in my body. Instead of chaining myself to machines, I am constantly moving, using my body weight and strengthening my core (thanks for the unbelievable 6-pack). Wayne has truly inspired me to look at training from a entirely new perspective, and he is also very knowledgeable about nutrition, providing me with superb dietary advice. I urge you ... Don't waste another day floundering in the gym like I did. If you don't dare take the challenge then you will never know your full potential. Trust me!!
